Apple Fixers always takes great care when it comes to the quality of the products. Like when it comes to the new branded products the guarantee /warrantee needs to be claimed by authorized guarantee and aftersales center. We will assist the customer in this in claiming the guarantee.
If we sell the pre-owned phone or any product we take complete responsibility of that and will cover it for all the issues with written warrantee on the bill separately for each product.
We only refund or exchange the products if the products has some mal-functioning, scratched or teared only at the time of purchase and customer has to inform us immediately by writing to us at email@example.com.
When returning the product one must bring all the accessories and original box of the product
otherwise it won’t be accepted.
If the product is dispatched to you in a different city and your claim is accepted than Apple Fixers will bear the cost of the courier to send us back the parcel. For more information on shipping cost support please reach to us.
In-case you received the product that was not ordered or its not what you ordered or described in the product catalogue, you are not bound to keep it just send it back to us on our cost and we will cover it or replace it only if we are being informed in writing in the 24 hours after delivery of the product.
