Design

The wearable GTR got a new upgrade, the Amazfit GTR 2 smartwatch. The smartwatch has an aluminium alloy body weighing 31.5g for the sporty design and  39 grams for the classic stainless steel material. Beautiful premium-looking smartwatch with a minimalist design. It has two physical buttons on the side for operation and with a very slim bezel. The Amazfit GTR 2 is available in black and silver colour with sporty silicon strap or leather strap. The overall smartwatch is waterproof up to 5 ATM.

Display

Just like the GTS 2, the wearable has an AMOLED display. The smartwatch has a high definition display, having a 1.39″ inch AMOLED with 454 x 454 pixel resolution. It has a 326 PPI making it sharp, vivid with good brightness and contrast. The display is protected by a 3D glass screen gives the smartwatch a premium look.

Under the Hood

When it comes to sensors, the smartwatch is loaded with it, it has Huami self-study BioTracker.TM 2 PPG (Blood Oxygen Support) Biodiesel Sensor, Air pressure sensors, acceleration sensors, gyroscope sensors, geomagnetic sensors, ambient light sensors, built-in GPS + GLONASS.

Compatible with iOS and Android, the smartwatch has Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity, it also has WIFI, NFC. Supporting Bluetooth calls, the wearable has a built-in speaker and microphone,  it also has a voice assistant.

Features

Similar to the GTS 2, the smartwatch has an advanced health monitoring, aside from heart rate monitoring, it also has a blood oxygen monitoring. It also has PAI feature for sport activities, like with walking, cycling, treadmill, bike indoor, swimming, hiking, and more. Monitor your sleep, with its automatic sleep monitoring, it can accurately determine the sleep phase, the light sleep, deep sleep, and the REM sleep.

Smart notification includes, call and message notifications, also support Bluetooth calls, social app notifications. The smartwatch also support voice commands with its offline voice assistant feature. Additional functions included are alarm, weather, timer, watch faces, and more.

Battery

The smartwatch has a better battery life compared to other smartwatches with the same features. The Amazfit GTR 2 smartwatch has a 471 mAh battery with  14 days of battery life, it has 38 days of standby time, 48 hours on GPS.
