🔧 Repair Terms & Customer Agreement

Please read the following terms carefully before proceeding with any repair service at Apple Fixers:

⚠️ General Terms

  • All repairs are conducted at the customer’s own risk. Apple Fixers will not be held responsible for any damage that may occur during the repair process.
  • Data privacy is the sole responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend backing up and erasing your data before sending your device for repair. Apple Fixers is not liable for any data loss or misuse.
  • Estimated repair time is only an estimate. Delays may occur, and no commitment is made regarding exact turnaround time.

🔄 Replacement & Parts Policy

  • All estimates are exclusive of replacement parts. If any part is replaced, it becomes the property of Apple Fixers and will not be returned.
  • Replacement parts will be charged separately. Customers requiring replacement must pay the additional cost for the parts.

💰 Additional Charges

  • Any repair requiring additional charges beyond the original estimate will not proceed without customer approval. If the customer does not approve additional charges, a diagnostic fee of Rs. 1000 may be applied.

📦 Uncollected Devices

  • Devices left uncollected for more than 30 days will be considered abandoned, and Apple Fixers will not be held responsible thereafter.

✅ Warranty Terms

  • All repairs come with a 7-day limited warranty.
  • The warranty only covers the original fault. Any new or unrelated issue will be treated as a separate repair and charged accordingly.
  • Physical damage or misuse after repair voids the warranty.
